Helang Integrated Platform (HIP) and Layang Wellhead Platform (LWP) are offshore oil and gas production platforms located in Block SK10 of the Miri Waters.

In compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health (Noise Exposure) Regulation 2019, JX Nippon has reached out to CHEMSAIN to perform a Noise Risk Assessment. Part of the objectives of the Noise Risk Assessment includes identifying all employees likely to be exposed to excessive noise, sketch and develop noise mapping of each deck, and inspect and provide recommendations on controls to reduce noise exposure towards the employees.

CHEMSAIN has successfully conducted the assessment and the report was submitted to the Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia.
